The Sports Office's objective, in addition to accompanying academic teaching, is to educate in moral values and contribute to the social integration of students.
We believe that sports are an important aspect of university life, due to their social and cultural value and the physical achievements of the different sports disciplines.
The San Andrés “Programa de Anfitriones” pairs a local student from Universidad de San Andrés, a buddy (anfitrión in Spanish), with an UdeSA international student for a semester. The opportunity seeks to encourage interaction among students, assist international students as they adapt to Argentine culture and academic system and promote internationalization among UdeSA students.
Student organizations are groups of students -made up of at least three or more people- in UdeSA, which are organized to carry out, periodically, extracurricular activities of training, exchange and service to the community that complement academic activities or that allow the development of common interests. These organizations have a management and coordination team, a broader group of collaborators, a group of students interested in the proposed activities, and an annual plan of activities. From the CIS, we provide continuous support to these organizations led by students of the University.
